i worked here for a little more than a year and a half and (forgive me for the bias) this is the best starbucks i’ve ever been to. even when it was stressful i have gained so much from working here. my coworkers and customers meant more to me than a million 5 star google reviews could express. i love you all. thank you so much.

I’ve been to Starbucks stores all across the country and this one is, hands down, the best one. The staff is consistently nice, you are always greeted / acknowledged when you come in the store and the order is always right. Kudos to the staff and the management. This store is really well run. One note: the drive thru is a bit off a challenge just because of where the store is placed and how popular it is. That said, the line seems to move along at a good pace since the store is so well staffed.
There's a 7/10 chance my drink will be made wrong because someone didnt read the in app instructions correctly or maybe they just overlooked all the words. I never mind having the drink corrected. I will say, to the manager of that starbucks, please stop having your employees tell people it takes 5-10 minutes for them to make a mobile order. Some of us hate ordering at the speaker box or have disabilities that dont make it easy for us to use. We also dont like to yell or hang our heads out of a window for half of our order to be heard. The starbucks app also has a favorites section where I can select everything I want with 1 button. You dont tell people who are ordering at the speaker that their order will take 5-10 minutes so why tell the app orders? Most of the time ive ordered 2 simple drinks, that does not take 5-10 minutes. Your employees who tell people to wait extra just because of an app order come off as rude and as if you're inconvenienced i even placed it on the app to begin with. Please lead your staff to be more patient with the customers who are waiting just as patiently for their orders. Thank you.
Jacqui was the nicest and most helpful barista in helping to suggest a tasty morning coffee for me! This location always has the best and quickest service.
People were nice. But messed up a 120$ order, everyone who ate the egg sandwich got food poisoning. And I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at this location and all of my family members who came down to visit and sick on Mother’s Day. Not sure what’s worse having food poisoning, or being the only one without food poisoning and having to clean up after the others that do… so thank you for being very nice Starbucks however, temperature or something was not kept on the sandwiches and the orders are bad. Use caution of ordering anything with eggs.
Some times it is great - other times, some of the time I feel like some employees don’t listen and take a minute to put in the order right. I am a frequent customer to this location. Ordered a very easy order that I typically get often, and they plugged it in the system charging me $4.00 more than usual. Come to get my coffee after waiting for 5-8 minutes for it and trying to explain that the cost didn’t seem right for me to start driving and see the drink was completely wrong. I had to dump it out and make my own when I got back home.
Iced shaken espresso tastes like a cup of milk. Don’t know why SB can’t get consistent drinks
They don’t listen to their customers very well. Black coffee = no cream and no sugar. This is not what I received today (even after asking twice for black iced coffee). My late was supposed to have oat milk and flavored syrup. I got the oat milk but definitely no syrup.
Just left the Starbucks drive through in Gainesville on NW 43rd. Anna was my barista and she was so friendly and sweet. Our interaction at the order menu was quick but cheerful. When I got to the window I was behind one other car …
